Attendees may register and pay online using the online registration center. Attendees wishing to pay by check must mail in the registration form along with the check by Friday, September 20, 2019. Only registrations with full payment will be considered complete and confirmed.

Once your online registration is complete, you will see a Thank You page on your screen – this confirms that you are registered for the conference. Letter of Invitation For VISA Purposes

The Spectrum Heart Failure Symposium welcomes international participants for this educational activity. Recognizing that travel visas may be necessary and the process time consuming, please be sure to allow enough time for the process. A letter of invitation for participation may be provided, upon request, as part of the visa process. This invitation represents no intent to provide financial support, nor does it serve as guarantee in any respect to the visa application process. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received in writing by Friday, September 20, 2019, will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Requests received after Friday, September 20, 2019 will not be refunded.

Educational Grant Registration Subsidies

This educational activity provides training necessary for licensed attendees to maintain state licensing requirements.
