Ali Samii, MD
Professor of Neurology
Dr. Samii is a UW professor of neurology and co-director of the Movement Disorder Fellowship. He splits his time between the University of Washington Medical Center and the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System.
His clinical interests include the management of movement disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, tremor, dystonia, deep brain stimulation programming and botulinum toxin injections. His research interests include deep brain stimulation; observational, imaging and therapeutic studies for Huntington disease; genetic studies for Parkinson disease; and epidemiological studies involving neurodegenerative disorders.
