Biography
Larry Dean, M.D., F.A.C.C., M.S.C.A.I., is director of the UW Medicine Regional Heart Center and a UW professor of Medicine, Cardiology, and Surgery. He is listed in The Best Doctors in America.
Dr. Dean is an expert in general cardiology, cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology. He strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Dean earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology. His clinical research interests include interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization and valvular heart disease. His research interests include coronary stents, stent restenosis and valvular heart disease.
