Thomas Payne, M.D., F.A.C.P., is a board certified physician at the General Internal Medicine Center at UWMC-Roosevelt and UW Medicine's Medical Director of Information Technology Services. He has been named at Top Doctor by Seattle Met Magazine.
Dr. Payne enjoys working with patients to maintain and improve their health, using exercise and diet as the foundation and medications if needed, and he especially enjoys getting to know them as people.
Dr. Payne earned his M.D. from the UW. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) and of the American College of Medical Informatics.
